There is no entry this morning other than the following: Last night we experienced the most ferocious 15-20 minutes of wind and rain we have ever experienced. Marble size hail pelted out house and my car. The TV weather report showed us it was coming, so we were expected something, but not this. In the aftermath of this brief outburst of weather, we ventured out into the street, meeting up with neighbors as we promptly accessed the damage. Our neighbor had her entire back fence blown down and a section of her side fence, which flew into our side gutter and trashed it. I had said a brief prayer regarding the hail ... "Lord, I know they are nothing more than material possessions, but please spare the car from hail damage." We didn't fear for our lives, for apparently, it was a microburst or something of that nature that hit our area. Our little cul-de-sac had a lot of blown down fence sections, one or two broken windows, a trampolene that flew onto a neighbors roof and punctured thru the shingles into their bedroom. Patio furniture was strewn about, but no physical harm came to anyone and despite large hail lying all around the ground, not one dent in ANYONE's car. I will have to chalk that one up to God's mercy, because I do not understand for the life of me how all that hail, that came down with enough force to leave indentations in my neighbor's wooden fence, didn't leave a mark on my car. Thank You Lord for Your protection and mercy, in Jesus' name ... amen. WALK WITHT THE KING TODAY AND BE A BLESSING!

SEVERE STORM
