Paul's Letter to Titus

Titus 3:12-15
Here we have Paul’s greetings & final remarks. Titus is encouraged to welcome those brethren sent to him by the Apostle & give them whatever they are in need of. Once they arrive & get settled in Titus is to do his best to meet Paul at Nicopolis. Nicopolis was situated in the western portion of Greece. There is no specific mention as to why Titus is to meet him there, only that was where Paul was spending the winter.
The one statement that stuck out to me was the last part of verse 14 where Paul says, “then they will not be unproductive”.  “The people must learn to do good,”says Paul, “by meeting the urgent needs of others.” So I suppose you could derive from that the following, which would hold true for all generations of believers.  If you spend your time productively you will not have time to be unproductive.
He ends his letter to Titus with a statement that is a blessing and/or a prayer as he writes: “May God’s grace be with you all.” It just so happens that Paul ends each of his correspondence in this manner, with only minor variations in some. Hopefully you have learned something you didn’t know before about Paul’s Letter to Titus. Until next time, walk with the King and be a blessing!
