How many times have you wanted to throttle someone for something they did or said to you? What about those who are your proverbial thorn in the side? Forget Marvel Comics, God is the only true Avenger. He will take care of His own just as a hen protects her chicks or a bear protects her cubs. However, should someone cause you physical, financial, emotional or psychological harm, God will set the record straight. It is not up to us to avenge ourselves. We may not like the manner in which He avenges us or the timing of it either, but we must realize that God knows exactly what He’s doing every day, all the time. He makes no mistakes and knows far better than we do how to rectify the situation. So if you want to smash the living daylights out of someone, know that consequences come with everything we say and do and leave it all up to God to sort out.
