“For the
waywardness of the simple will kill them, and the complacency of fools will
destroy them; but whoever listens to me will live in safety and be at ease,
without fear of harm.” (Proverbs 1:32-33)
The creation itself speaks of
the glory of God, yet the foolish of the earth declare it to have come from
nothing. Just an arbitrary set of
happenings that resulted in this beautiful world we live in. And man himself just climbed out of the goo
one day and over time evolved into man. Those who deny the existence of God do
so to their own peril. Their arrogance
regarding their own intellect and physical prowess will end up killing
them. Their unconcerned self-satisfaction
will destroy them.
Not so with those who listen
to the words of truth. They shall live
in safety and at ease, with no fear of harm.
Why is this; because God in control of all things? There is nothing that takes place in this
life that God is unaware of; nothing He does not either cause or allow for His
own good purposes. Who can know the mind
of God? Who can circumvent His
plans? God watches over His children as
a hen watches over her chicks. Nothing
shall befall them that is not ordained of God.
Be at ease in your faith and place all your trust in the one true living
